These groups are designed to provide the expertise of LJRCS business technology consultants and collaboration with other companies on similar projects to provide you with the support needed to be successful to companies without the high cost of one on one consulting.   

System Selection Platinum Group 

Evaluating and selecting new systems such as ERP, CRM or document imaging is a task that is not done frequently in companies.  As a result they usually do not have the expertise in-house to prepare requirements document, RFP, select vendors, prepare presentations and evaluate each system. Each Platinum group consists of 4-6 companies that are in the system selection process.  LJRCS consultants facilitate the group meetings and provide template documents.  The group meets monthly in person to define plans, define business requirements, identify qualifying vendor systems, plan presentations and evaluate results. In addition to the monthly meetings each group has weekly progress conference calls.  Members also have unlimited email access and direct telephone access via weekly open office hours to their LJRCS business consultant.   

System Implementation Platinum Group

Membership in either group is $2,500 per month (minimum commitment 6 months) and includes a corporate subscription to the Executive Briefing teleseminars.
